Bad Judge sees Kate plays a judge in the Criminal Court system, with the show focusing on her rather wild personal life. The auburn-haired beauty said she was intrigued with the idea of playing someone who - in the first four pages of the script - wakes up with a hangover, picks up a pregnancy test, and is revealed to be a judge. Her character, Rebecca Wright, clearly chooses a lifestyle that conflicts with her career in the legal system.
