For men, this will likely come after completing your mission trip, so in your early 20s at the earliest. I had many, many friends who moved this quickly during courtship, too. I definitely don't want to lead her on. The Mormon girl has the light of Christ shining through her, and you were drawn in. This was the biggest one for me. You don't have to believe them yourself, but you need that respect in thought as well as action, and you need to frame this as your own journey because you can only change yourself.
